You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I usually take up to 2-3 weeks to finish smaller commissions and 4-6 weeks to finish bigger commissions.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

You will receive updates on your commission and have the right to request updates at any time.

There wont be any major changes to the final artwork if you, the client, failed to mention them during the sketch phase.

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.

The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

I only accept payments via paypal and only in € ('Euros').

It is expected that 100% of the payment is done after approval of the sketch.

Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

If you're unable to pay after approval of sketch please let me know and we will work something out.

There won't be any changes to the artwork after you approved the sketch, so make sure to look over it carefully before approving it.

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum price increase is +100% of the original price, meaning double the sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

if you no longer want to commission me after the sketch phase i will still require 20% of the original price.

I will not issue any refunds after the commission has been completed or if you change your mind after approving the sketch.

If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

the finished artwork will be posted on social media within a few days of completion

the commissioner can upload the piece in any way they want. credits to the artist is much appreciated and preferred

i reserve full ownership of the artwork and thus reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital and physical forms

By taking part in bidding, you automatically agree to the following conditions

Place your bid by replying to the artists message 'Bid here!' or to the most recent bid if there is one

do not change or delete your bid. if this happens twice you will be blacklisted

the auction will end 72 hours after the last bid or someone purchased AB/ab2

after the auction ends, you will receive a note/dm with instructions and payment information

for non-payment twice, you will be blacklisted

after the purchase has been completed, you will be sent the unwatermarked artwork of the adoptable in full resolution

since my adoptables are entirely digital products, no shipping is needed

give the adopt a name, decide its gender, personality, treat it like your own character

if AB2 has been purchased, you are allowed to use the design for commercial use through new artwork (e.g. art books, games, prints, merch, etc.)

resell the adopt

use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology including NFT and AI usage

claim the original design as yours

refund the adopt once it is sold

use the original artwork for commercial use if the adopt was purchased with AB2

your account should be at least one year old. this is to avoid selling adopts to dummy accounts

be an honest and responsible customer. only participate in any transactions if you are able to pay of your own ability (have your own paypal account/credit card and not use someone else's)
